User must provide and maintain (1) all equipment necessary for an Internet connection, including all hardware and software necessary for an Internet connection; (2) provide for User’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connection

Severability

Assignment

You specifically agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by AssetLink Global LLC in our sole discretion, to a third party.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral and written agreements with respect hereto.
